A leather strop polishes the blade for optimal sharpness, and a ceramic rod is included specifically for sharpening serrated blades.
Compared to the Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener, the larger Professional Adjust Knife Sharpener has a solid metal body and screw-on holes for securing to a workbench, making it suitable for sharpening larger knives and machetes. This design ensures a stable, safe sharpening experience, delivering exceptionally sharp knives. The innovative V-Block Clamp secures the knife quickly and reliably, preventing slippage. Additionally, a practical table attachment allows for the sharpening of small pocket knives and narrow blades at angles as low as 10°.
