Featuring a Cerakote® finish, this pen is designed to withstand demanding use while maintaining a refined, modern appearance. Cerakote® is a ceramic, polymer-based coating known for its exceptional resistance to scratches, corrosion, chemicals, and heat, making it widely used in tactical, military, aerospace, outdoor, and automotive applications.
The Cap-O-Matic design offers a familiar, full-length writing instrument with a balanced feel for everyday use. Manufactured in Nevada, USA, the pen is built to Fisher Space Pen’s exacting standards and equipped with the company’s pressurised refill technology.
Like all Fisher Space Pens, it uses a sealed, pressurised cartridge with a tungsten carbide ballpoint and patented thixotropic ink. This allows reliable writing in zero gravity, upside down, underwater, over oil and grease, and across a wide temperature range, while providing a longer writing life than a standard ballpoint pen.
