Long clip blade. Shield is laser engraved on front handle scale. A great craft project for the young and old alike. The pieces are hand cut and hand packaged here in the U.S.A. Each kit features unsharpened knife blade(s), liners, handles and shields (except where noted) cut from American hardwood. Also includes three metal pins and complete instructions. Packaged in nostalgic gift tin. Complete working knife! Kits contains small parts, not suitable for small children. Adult supervision is required. For ages 7 and up.

Kahvan pÀÀn kaarevuus ja âklunssiâ toki jeesaavat ettĂ€ sĂ€ilĂ€ pysyy lapasessa eikĂ€ pÀÀdy kaseikkoon, mutta perus sapelin kahvaan tottuneille vaatii opettelua. The action was great right out of the box, absolutely no need for breaking the knife in. Lockup is solid as with Civivi button locks they typically are. Fits in the hand like a glove and the textured ultem gives the handle a nice added grip.
Has an ok finger choil but good grippy jimping on the back of the blade to help out if you're choking up towards the tip. Overall this is a Civivi classic and you cannot go wrong with it or any of the other Elementum variations, be it button or liner lock.

Perfect function and finish - just like all the onther little artworks made by Maratac / Countycomm!
Very nice machete, light for it's size and made of 5160 steel which is better than 1055 that is used in most of machetes, only handle is a bit too rough so you will need to use gloves.
