Delivery times
Products that are in stock are normally sent in 24h
Expected delivery times to products in stock:
Finland: 2 business days
Inside EU: 3-8 business days
Outside EU: 6-9 business days
*Free shipping isn't available for long distance deliveries and for some large items. The final shipping cost will be shown at the checkout.
Products that need to be backordered takes usually 3-10 business days more. In some cases it is possible to take more time than that. Ask from us if you need more precise estimate in certain product.
Delivery Responsibility & UPS Access Points
For increased security, we recommend redirecting your parcel to a UPS Access Point once you receive your tracking number. This option is free of charge and can be selected directly via UPS tracking before delivery.
If a parcel is delivered to your home address and is lost, stolen, or taken after being marked as delivered, we cannot accept liability. Using a secure pickup location such as a UPS Access Point ensures your order remains protected until you collect it.
It is customer's responsibility to be aware of current law of his/her country, we don't take any responsibility if the product is being seized by customs. Possible time that customs clearance take is not included in delivery time estimation.
We ship from Finland so if you order inside of the EU there will not be any extra cost (taxes or customs duties).
ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE EU:
If a customer makes the order from outside of the EU, he/she is fully responsible for any charges of the customs process, for example customs duties and taxes.
NOTE FOR THE CUSTOMERS FROM THE USA:
Parcels requiring the payment of duties, taxes and other government-related charges (“Duties”) will be assessed an additional fee of $12 USD if those Duties are not paid prior to delivery.
Recipients can avoid these charges if they pay the applicable Duties electronically through the UPS Import Payment Processing Application (IPPA) using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover).
ORDERING FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM:
If a customer places an order from the United Kingdom, he/she is fully responsible for any charges arising from the customs process, including customs duties, taxes, and other fees. If UPS prepays any such charges on behalf of the customer and the customer does not pay them, these amounts will be deducted from any refund.
AND
If the total value of the customer’s order is £135 or more (including the shipping cost), UPS will prepay the import duties and taxes on behalf of the customer.
UPS will then charge these costs directly to the customer, together with a £13.60 brokerage fee.
These import-related charges — customs duties, taxes, and the £13.60 brokerage fee — are non-refundable.
If the customer rejects the delivery or returns the order, these charges will still be deducted from any refund, in addition to any other costs specified in our return policy or terms of service.
