Compact, high-impact-plastic base that can be clamped or even permanently mounted to a countertop or other work surface. Base dimensions: 6" x 2". Star-shaped holes in the base position the sharpener's fine ceramic rods at a 20-degree angle (10 degrees per side). The extra-long stones (12" length) are ideal for sharpening large knives and can be rotated to orient their edges to quickly sharpen serrated blades. They are also easily cleaned with ordinary household cleanser. Boxed.

Kahvan pÀÀn kaarevuus ja âklunssiâ toki jeesaavat ettĂ€ sĂ€ilĂ€ pysyy lapasessa eikĂ€ pÀÀdy kaseikkoon, mutta perus sapelin kahvaan tottuneille vaatii opettelua. The action was great right out of the box, absolutely no need for breaking the knife in. Lockup is solid as with Civivi button locks they typically are. Fits in the hand like a glove and the textured ultem gives the handle a nice added grip.
Has an ok finger choil but good grippy jimping on the back of the blade to help out if you're choking up towards the tip. Overall this is a Civivi classic and you cannot go wrong with it or any of the other Elementum variations, be it button or liner lock.

Very nice machete, light for it's size and made of 5160 steel which is better than 1055 that is used in most of machetes, only handle is a bit too rough so you will need to use gloves.
