Modular attachment webbing all over to attach your favorite Maxpedition pockets using Tac Ties. Padded, high-breathability shoulder straps with 1.25" webbing, ergonomic contours, and superb load carrying comfort. Features an external sleeve for a 100oz water reservoir; a secondary bladder may be inserted into one of two large compartments. The action was great right out of the box, absolutely no need for breaking the knife in. Lockup is solid as with Civivi button locks they typically are. Fits in the hand like a glove and the textured ultem gives the handle a nice added grip.
Has an ok finger choil but good grippy jimping on the back of the blade to help out if you're choking up towards the tip. Overall this is a Civivi classic and you cannot go wrong with it or any of the other Elementum variations, be it button or liner lock.

Perfect function and finish - just like all the onther little artworks made by Maratac / Countycomm!
Very nice machete, light for it's size and made of 5160 steel which is better than 1055 that is used in most of machetes, only handle is a bit too rough so you will need to use gloves.
