MoraknivÂź Precision is a knife with a short, pointed blade, making it perfect for all types of precision work. For detailed carpentry, to round off frames, for pulling cables through plaster walls â the possibilities are many. Since the blade has the same shape as a Woodcarving knife its easy to get close up to your work, for those detailed tasks. The blade is made of carefully selected stainless steel, so the knife stays sharper for longer, and can also take greater load on the blade. A solid finger guard makes for safer handling and reduces the risk for work-related injuries. The ergonomic handle made of TPE rubber gives optimal friction, while its barrel shape means the knife always sits comfortably in your hand. Keep in mind, that due to the ârawâ spine (not grinded) the knife is not compatible with a fire starter.

Kahva on jotain muovia yms. synteettistĂ€, ei oikein selviĂ€ (âfaux hornâ?) mutta varsin sileĂ€ ja jopa liukas. Kahvan pÀÀn kaarevuus ja âklunssiâ toki jeesaavat ettĂ€ sĂ€ilĂ€ pysyy lapasessa eikĂ€ pÀÀdy kaseikkoon, mutta perus sapelin kahvaan tottuneille vaatii opettelua. The action was great right out of the box, absolutely no need for breaking the knife in. Lockup is solid as with Civivi button locks they typically are. Fits in the hand like a glove and the textured ultem gives the handle a nice added grip.
Has an ok finger choil but good grippy jimping on the back of the blade to help out if you're choking up towards the tip. Overall this is a Civivi classic and you cannot go wrong with it or any of the other Elementum variations, be it button or liner lock.

Very nice machete, light for it's size and made of 5160 steel which is better than 1055 that is used in most of machetes, only handle is a bit too rough so you will need to use gloves.
