A short fillet knife with a blade made of cold rolled, Swedish, stainless steel. The combination of the blade and the rubber handle makes this an optimal knife for fishing when you need to be able to work safely and efficiently in damp environments. The patterned friction grip made of TPE rubber reduces the risk of slipping if your hands are wet. Whatâs more, rubber doesnât conduct cold making the knife convenient to work with all year round.

The action was great right out of the box, absolutely no need for breaking the knife in. Lockup is solid as with Civivi button locks they typically are. Fits in the hand like a glove and the textured ultem gives the handle a nice added grip.
Has an ok finger choil but good grippy jimping on the back of the blade to help out if you're choking up towards the tip. Overall this is a Civivi classic and you cannot go wrong with it or any of the other Elementum variations, be it button or liner lock.

Very nice machete, light for it's size and made of 5160 steel which is better than 1055 that is used in most of machetes, only handle is a bit too rough so you will need to use gloves.
