Based on Companion, one of MoraknivÂź most popular knives, Spark is a reliable tool that performs great in every weather condition. The durable blade is made of Swedish stainless steel. It has a soft friction grip handle made of TPE rubber, which makes the grip safer and more steady to work with. The polymer knife sheath has a practical belt clip for attaching the knife to a rucksack or a belt. Companion Spark is also equipped with a reflective paracord for the fire starter which reduces the risk of misplacing it.

Kahva on jotain muovia yms. synteettistĂ€, ei oikein selviĂ€ (âfaux hornâ?) mutta varsin sileĂ€ ja jopa liukas. Kahvan pÀÀn kaarevuus ja âklunssiâ toki jeesaavat ettĂ€ sĂ€ilĂ€ pysyy lapasessa eikĂ€ pÀÀdy kaseikkoon, mutta perus sapelin kahvaan tottuneille vaatii opettelua. The action was great right out of the box, absolutely no need for breaking the knife in. Lockup is solid as with Civivi button locks they typically are. Fits in the hand like a glove and the textured ultem gives the handle a nice added grip.
Has an ok finger choil but good grippy jimping on the back of the blade to help out if you're choking up towards the tip. Overall this is a Civivi classic and you cannot go wrong with it or any of the other Elementum variations, be it button or liner lock.

Very nice machete, light for it's size and made of 5160 steel which is better than 1055 that is used in most of machetes, only handle is a bit too rough so you will need to use gloves.
