"Dele" means "to split" and "to share" in Norwegian, fitting the vision for Helle's first chef knife in 60 years. Ideal for preparing meals at a campfire, barbecue, or kitchen, it ensures a communal experience.
The highly-polished 12C27 steel blade offers razor-sharp performance for slicing and chopping. Inspired by European chef knives and Santokus, the blade provides control for small cuts and the size for larger tasks, with a full flat grind.
The ergonomic curly birch handle, inspired by Helle's outdoor knives, offers a comfortable and secure grip. The flat bolster allows for a secure front grip for chopping, while the full-bodied handle is perfect for slicing and heavier cutting. Each knife is unique due to the natural birch patterning
