Desert tan construction. Features multiple pockets for storing a passport, credit cards, driver's license, USB drive and a pen. The case closes securely with a large strip of Velcro and features a secure YKX zippered pocket with hidden money flap. Multiple grommet holes for the paracord neck strap allows the case to be carried vertically or horizontally. An external pocket allows for storage of the carry strap when not in use. A shielding material to prevent theft of information via RFID is built into the case protecting your personal information on your passport and credit cards. Case includes two 6-MIL storage bags for wet weather use and travel survival cards. Nylon construction.

The action was great right out of the box, absolutely no need for breaking the knife in. Lockup is solid as with Civivi button locks they typically are. Fits in the hand like a glove and the textured ultem gives the handle a nice added grip.
Has an ok finger choil but good grippy jimping on the back of the blade to help out if you're choking up towards the tip. Overall this is a Civivi classic and you cannot go wrong with it or any of the other Elementum variations, be it button or liner lock.

Very nice machete, light for it's size and made of 5160 steel which is better than 1055 that is used in most of machetes, only handle is a bit too rough so you will need to use gloves.
