Pedro Buzettiâs debut design with CRKT, this versatile folding knife comes in two versions. The 6075 model is crafted for utility, featuring a Wharncliffe blade made from 14C28N steel and a G10 overlay on the handle for durability under heavy use. The frame lock has been enhanced to keep the blade secure and prevent over-travel, while the clip allows the knife to sit low in the pocket. The name "Padawan" is a nod to Buzettiâs apprenticeship under the renowned knifemaker Flavio Ikoma, drawing inspiration from his role as a "padawan" to the "Master."

Kahva on jotain muovia yms. synteettistĂ€, ei oikein selviĂ€ (âfaux hornâ?) mutta varsin sileĂ€ ja jopa liukas. Kahvan pÀÀn kaarevuus ja âklunssiâ toki jeesaavat ettĂ€ sĂ€ilĂ€ pysyy lapasessa eikĂ€ pÀÀdy kaseikkoon, mutta perus sapelin kahvaan tottuneille vaatii opettelua. Miekka oli ihan hyvĂ€ssĂ€ terĂ€ssĂ€ saapuessa. HyvĂ€ kokonaisuus hintaan nĂ€hden.
The action was great right out of the box, absolutely no need for breaking the knife in. Lockup is solid as with Civivi button locks they typically are. Fits in the hand like a glove and the textured ultem gives the handle a nice added grip.
Has an ok finger choil but good grippy jimping on the back of the blade to help out if you're choking up towards the tip. Overall this is a Civivi classic and you cannot go wrong with it or any of the other Elementum variations, be it button or liner lock.

Perfect function and finish - just like all the onther little artworks made by Maratac / Countycomm!
Very nice machete, light for it's size and made of 5160 steel which is better than 1055 that is used in most of machetes, only handle is a bit too rough so you will need to use gloves.
