Great customer service and great product

I bought the Bastion bolt action pen based on a great online review, the key points was the machining of the bolt slot to capture the bolt in the open position so the bolt does not close if accidentally knocked. The second good point is the pen is designed to take a Parker standard refill, a great standard in refills that can be bought almost anywhere. I also like the machining of the screw on tip that gives you access to the refill.
The pen is delivering as expected all in all a great design.

I love this knife. I was in the Royal Navy and was issued a similar knife. Over the years of service it was lost. I have been looking for one for my memory box but they are too expensive. This is a great substitute, and as I carry it from time to time. It will remind me of the best years of my life.

This is my second Bastion bolt action pen and they are well worth the price. I keep one clipped in my pocket at all times. As well as a pen they make excellent emergency window breakers and force multipliers. I expect them to easily last a lifetime.
