Modern, level dependent surrounding sound restitution makes it easy to hear conversation, sound signals, moving cars and other crucial safety factors clearly and with exceptionally natural sound. Yet, you are protected against sudden, dangerously loud noises. Can amplify weaker sounds such as dog barking, so you may hear futher than without the earmuffs. The electronic sound level inside the ear cup is limited to a safe level of 82dB. Due to its low profile, these earmuffs can be used under military helmet. The cups are shaped to fit both right hand and left hand shooters. Easy to use push button, designed to use also with gloves.
Five-level volume control for different types of environment. Battery save function, shuts off automatically with a warning sound signal if the buttons have not been pushed for 4 hours. Low battery sound signal when there is approx. 40h battery life left. AUX input for the easy use of external communicational devices, such as hunting radio, walkie-talkie and mobilephone. Lead with 3.5 mm mono jack plug included.
Functions with 2 x AAA batteries (LR03), included in the package. Battery life time approx. 600h (e.g. 7h of use for 5 days in a week for approx. 4 month). Weight 341g. CS Shamshir asemoituu tuntumaltaan jonnekin keskiarvon yläpuolelle tässä hintaluokassa. CS omiin tuotteisiin verrattuna selvästi kevyempi ja tasapainoisempi kädessä kuin esim. Light Cavalry Saber tai Polish Saber, mutta ei taas niin hyvä kuin Indian Tulwar. Siisti ja hyvä ulkonäkö, ei repsottavia reunoja yms. Kahva on jotain muovia yms. synteettistä, ei oikein selviä (”faux horn”?) mutta varsin sileä ja jopa liukas. Kahvan pään kaarevuus ja ”klunssi” toki jeesaavat että säilä pysyy lapasessa eikä päädy kaseikkoon, mutta perus sapelin kahvaan tottuneille vaatii opettelua. Miekka oli ihan hyvässä terässä saapuessa. Hyvä kokonaisuus hintaan nähden.
The action was great right out of the box, absolutely no need for breaking the knife in. Lockup is solid as with Civivi button locks they typically are. Fits in the hand like a glove and the textured ultem gives the handle a nice added grip.
Has an ok finger choil but good grippy jimping on the back of the blade to help out if you're choking up towards the tip. Overall this is a Civivi classic and you cannot go wrong with it or any of the other Elementum variations, be it button or liner lock.

Very nice machete, light for it's size and made of 5160 steel which is better than 1055 that is used in most of machetes, only handle is a bit too rough so you will need to use gloves.
