The Böker Cottage-Craft Chef’s Knife Large is a kitchen knife produced in Solingen and reflects traditional knife-making methods associated with the region. The blade is made from non-stainless C75 carbon steel, which develops a characteristic blue-grey patina over time with use. The handle scales are made from domestic plum wood and are mounted on a full tang using solid brass rivets. The knife features a long, slightly wider blade with a slim tip, suitable for tasks such as cutting vegetables, onions, and meat, as well as processing larger ingredients.
