Descrizione
The GT features a barrel-shaped handle designed to comfortably fit most hand sizes, with enough length to accommodate larger hands. Its aluminum finger guard ensures safe use, protecting from the triple laminated stainless-steel blade. This blade boasts a classic Scandi grind and is hand-polished to deliver hair-popping sharpness right out of the box.
The knife is paired with a high-quality leather sheath with a snap closure.
The name GT stands for the German Globetrotter company, which collaborated on the design during a factory visit by making enhancements to an earlier creation by Gunnar Lothe.

The action was great right out of the box, absolutely no need for breaking the knife in. Lockup is solid as with Civivi button locks they typically are. Fits in the hand like a glove and the textured ultem gives the handle a nice added grip.
Has an ok finger choil but good grippy jimping on the back of the blade to help out if you're choking up towards the tip. Overall this is a Civivi classic and you cannot go wrong with it or any of the other Elementum variations, be it button or liner lock.

Perfect function and finish - just like all the onther little artworks made by Maratac / Countycomm!
Very nice machete, light for it's size and made of 5160 steel which is better than 1055 that is used in most of machetes, only handle is a bit too rough so you will need to use gloves.
