8.5" overall. 4" satin finish 420 stainless blade. Black wood handle. Stainless guard. Full tang. Lanyard hole. 4" x 1" stone features multiple layers of micron-sized monocrystalline diamonds bonded in nickel to a flat metal surface. Mounted on a plastic base with lid. During use, the lid can be inserted into bottom of the stone base to extend the height of the base. Black nylon belt sheath. Clam packed.

The action was great right out of the box, absolutely no need for breaking the knife in. Lockup is solid as with Civivi button locks they typically are. Fits in the hand like a glove and the textured ultem gives the handle a nice added grip.
Has an ok finger choil but good grippy jimping on the back of the blade to help out if you're choking up towards the tip. Overall this is a Civivi classic and you cannot go wrong with it or any of the other Elementum variations, be it button or liner lock.

Very nice machete, light for it's size and made of 5160 steel which is better than 1055 that is used in most of machetes, only handle is a bit too rough so you will need to use gloves.
