Dieses Barlow ist ein Sieger im Bezug auf Preis und Leistung. Das Taschenmesser passt in die Faust (zur Vorstellung der Größe) und kommt mit guter Schärfe aus der schlichten Kartonverpackung. Die Stahlsorte ist nicht angegeben, aber sie hält einige Zeit und ist leicht nach zu schärfen. Ein gefälliges Alltagsmesser für den urbanen Bereich. Die Holzschalen verdicken sich sogar zum Loch hin für das Sicherheitsseil. Die Spaltmaße lassen kein Licht durch. Die Rückenfeder ist wie bei den meisten Rough Ryder Barlow (als Beispiel) weich und geht für Apfel schneiden bis Zwirn trennen völlig in Ordnung. Die Öffnungshilfe der Hauptklinge ist unverdeckt angebracht. Es gibt keine Clauskante. Bravo! Ich habe zwei Barlow dieser Marke gekauft und beide sind gut verarbeitet. Bei der Holzfarbe gibt es naturgemäß unterschiede. Unter zehn Euro ist erfreulich und bei eventuellen Verlust nicht so schmerzhaft. Ich kann aus meiner Sicht dieses Taschenmesser empfehlen. Borrasoutdoor dito! Ein guter Laden!
