The Direct Action Hurricane Hybrid Chest Rig – Cordura – MultiCam is a split-front, full-size chest rig designed for modular load carrying. It features fixed, integrated magazine pouches to reduce overall weight while retaining partial modularity for configuration flexibility. Sewn-on pouches provide space for essential equipment, and each panel includes a Velcro-closed pocket suitable for flat items such as maps or documents. The split-front design allows comfortable use as a standalone rig and keeps magazines close to the body when attached to a plate carrier. The rig is constructed primarily from proprietary laminate materials and includes detachable, fully modular shoulder straps, allowing direct attachment to compatible plate carriers.
